Can I cancel my order?Updated 6 months ago

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you to your original payment method. You will then be sent an email with the cancellation confirmation. 

Your order will be sent to our warehouse shortly after you place your order, so we cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be able to be completed before the order transfers to our fulfillment center; If your order already has a tracking link associated with it, it means it is too late for us to cancel your order as it has already shipped.

However, if your order has already shipped, we can help you with a return, new order, or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Check out our Return Policy for more information

Please note: Although subscription products are final sale once they have been processed, you can cancel at any time before the next charge date. International orders and some products are ineligible for a return.
